How to Add Page Numbers
There is a several different ways to add page numbers to your print jobs.
Here we are going to describe the simplest way.
1. Go to Insert tab.
2. Click on Page Number button.
This will create basic page numbers. However you can double click on page number and customize it: change text, color, font or background.
It’s possible to change default appearance and create your own look of page numbers with custom font, color, background and placement. You just should modify page numbers in any way may want, right click on it and select “Set Current Appearance as Default“
